Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing/setting aside of FIR No.52 dated 08.03.2020 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468,, 471 and120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City Moga, District Moga alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial Court. Permitted to do so.
