**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.34 dated 01.02.2021 registered under Sections 379, 473, 411, 120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa.

On 25.02.2021, following order was passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court:- "Case taken up through video conferencing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has nothing to do with recovery of stolen motorcycle from three of his co-accused and he has no past criminal record; that he has been wrongly involved in this case and that he is ready and willing to join the investigation.

CRM-M-9030-2021 The petitioner is directed to join the investigation by contacting the Investigating Officer within 7 days from today and render all sort of cooperation. The petitioner is also directed to surrender his passport, before the Investigating Officer, if he has got one, otherwise to furnish affidavit in that regard. If in the meanwhile, he is arrested, he be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. Petitioner has also surrendered his passport before the Investigating Officer in compliance of order dated 01.04.2021. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Satpal Singh admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 01.03.2021 and is no more required for further investigation of the case. He has also surrendered his passport before the Investigating Officer. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 25.02.2021 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
