( ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct fair and proper investigation in FIR No.0136 dated 03.08.2017 registered under Sections 376, 354-C IPC at Police Station Sadar, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned State counsel has informed that the petitioner has been acquitted by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur on 24.02.2023, as such, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
