(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0015 dated 02.09.2025 registered under Sections 318(4), 61(2) [Sections 336, 340, 238 added later on] of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 at Police Station Cyber Crime Khanna, District Ludhiana. 2.

After arguing the matter at some length and upon noticing that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief of bail as prayed for, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
