******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Short reply by way of affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 3 filed by learned State counsel today in the Court is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that as per order dated 02.07.2018 passed in CWP No. 15148 of 2015, services of the petitioner have been regularized and arrears due to him have already been paid. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondents and to avail other legal remedies available to the petitioner. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Rule discharged.
