The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C with a prayer to quash the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C in case FIR No.83 dated 03.06.2018, registered under Sections 406,420,419,201 of IPC, Police Station Urban Estate, Patiala (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to raise all the pleas before the Trial Court, at an appropriate stage.
