SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of order dated 30.07.2018 passed by the SDJM, Indri vide which application filed by the petitioner under Section 242(2) Cr.P.C for issuance of directions to the IO Angrej Singh to produce the affidavits submitted by the complainants and other villagers during the investigation of the case has been dismissed with a further prayer to also set aside order dated 30.07.2018 passed by SDJM, Indri vide which application of the petitioners under Section 311 Cr.P.C for summoning the concerned clerk/record keeper/revenue officer from the D.C office Karnal has been dismissed.

At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous in view of order dated 18.07.2024 passed by SDJM, Indri and the same may be disposed of as such.

Hence, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
