(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the announcement by the Commission, dated 21.01.2025, Annexure P-7, whereby candidates have been allowed to see their evaluated answer sheets of Subject Knowledge Test after declaration of final selection result. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition at this stage with liberty to approach the Commission for showing his answer sheet of Subject Knowledge Test soon after the declaration of final result.

Learned counsel for the Commission, appearing on advance notice, contends that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent for the purpose in terms of the announcement, appropriate decision on his request will be taken urgently.
