Aggrieved by dismissal of appeal whereby the judgment dated 28.02.2017 passed by the trial Court acquitting the respondent-accused was upheld by the First Appellate Court, the petitioner had come up before this Court by way of filing the present revision petition under Section 401 Cr.P.C..
