(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent-Caveator inform the Court that the possession of the demised premises has been handed over to their client in pursuance of the order passed by the Executing Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners-tenants also acknowledges the above-said fact.

At this stage, learned counsel for both the parties submit that the instant revision-petition be disposed of as the same has, now, been rendered infructuous.

Resultantly, the revision-petition in hand stands disposed of accordingly.
