This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 15.09.2025 passed in CWP-27427-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has filed a short reply by way of affidavit of Dr. Shena Aggarwal, IAS, Director, Social Security Women & Child Development, Punjab, Chandigarh, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. Learned State counsel has pointed out that the order dated 15.09.2025 was duly complied with and a speaking order was passed on 09.02.2026 which was also conveyed to the petitioner.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, she would always be at liberty to avail her remedies as available in law.
