The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 17.01.2020 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Bathinda vide which application under Section 5 of Limitation Act filed by respondent No.2 has been allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be disposed of having been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that the dispute has been settled between the parties. 3.
