2. Whether the judgement should be reported in Digest ? RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that instead of deciding the Misc. application bearing CM No.15759 of 2014, let the writ petition itself be finally disposed of.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the case is taken up on Board for final disposal.

Learned counsel for the respondents, at the very outset, fairly states that let the petitioners approach the learned District and Sessions Judge, Chandigarh-respondent no.4 by moving a comprehensive representation or legal notice, detailing all the intervening facts, including the latest and relevant

notification issued by the State of Punjab and the Union Territory, Chandigarh. They further submit that once the legal notice is received from the petitioners, the same shall be considered and decided by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, within a reasonable time.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioners also fairly states that he has no objection to the proposal put forth by the learned counsel for the respondents.

In view of the abovesaid stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, petitioners are granted liberty to move an appropriate representation to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Chandigarh-respondent no.4, within a period of four weeks from today. Learned District and Sessions Judge, Chandigarh-respondent no.4 is directed that if the petitioners approach him by moving an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks, he shall consider and decide the grievance of the petitioners at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of representation from the petitioners.

Learned District and Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, is directed to pass a speaking order and if the petitioners are found entitled for any relief, the actual benefit thereof shall be released in favour of the petitioners without any further loss of time, but in any case within a period of one month from the date of decision taken by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Chandigarh. With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
