Counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that a legal notice dt.03.01.2023 was got issued by the petitioner in regard to the fixation of quota to be ear-marked in the Assistant Manger cadre for promotion to Technical Assistants at District Technical Coordinators fixed under the Punjab Governance Reforms (Group A) Technical Service and Management Rules, 2022 is arbitrary, and results in reduction of petitioner's chances for promotion to the said post, and that the said legal notice has not been replied by the respondents. Counsel for the State states that the State is considering the same and would send appropriate reply thereto. In view of the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the said legal notice and take SURESH KUMAR 2023.02.15 15:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
