*** AJAY TEWARI, J.(ORAL) This appeal was filed against the order of the executing Court whereby it directed that some portion of the money to be paid to the appellants would be put in a fixed deposit for three years. The claim was that the money should have been released in cash. The order was passed in the year 2004. The period of fixed deposit came to an end in the year 2007.

Consequently the present appeal has been rendered infructuous.
