Mr. Manbir Singh, Advocate for respondent No.3. NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the appointments of respondents No.4 to 41 as Clerks in the office of respondent No.3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to get further instructions from the petitioners.
In this view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
However, liberty is granted to revive the petition if any cause still survives.
