Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.264 dated 30.05.2023, under Sections 148, 149, 323 of IPC (Section 307 of IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.

Vide order dated 28.02.2024, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajesh Kumar submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 28.02.2024 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when Manju 2024.04.08 09:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
