The counsel who has filed this appeal has been elevated to the Bench. Notice was issued to the parties i.e., the appellants as well as the respondents vide order dated 20.01.2015. Perusal of the file reveals that fresh notice had been issued to the appellants as well as respondents No.4 to 6. It is to be noted that as per the office report appellants No.1 and 2 were duly served. Appellant No.3 is reported to have passed away. None has appeared on behalf of appellants No.1 and 2, despite service. The matter was adjourned on 18.09.2018 to await the appearance on behalf of appellants No.1 and 2 as well as the respondents.
