, -./ Challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order dated 29.12.2020 passed by respondent No.1-Additional Chief Secretary, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Haryana whereby the petitioner has been reverted to the post as a Sub Inspector for noncompliance of contradictory orders passed by the department. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that despite making repeated attempts to seek instructions from the petitioner with respect to the status of the payment of GPF and other benefits including provisional pension, no instructions are forthcoming. It seems that the petitioner has no further grievance. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
