Prayer made in the present petitions is for grant of pay scale from the date of completion of probation and not from the date maternity leave period had been completed.

Learned State counsel has produced a copy of order dated 29.01.2025, wherein it has been stated that a decision has been taken to grant the relief as claimed for in the present case, in view of which learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petitions any further. 4.
