Aggrieved by the acquittal of respondent, vide order dated 07.08.2013, passed by the Judicial Magistrate (Ist Class), Gurgaon, applicant has come up before this Court by filing the present application for leave to appeal.

From last three dates of hearing i.e. 22.08.2023, 12.03.2024 and 08.08.2024, the counsel for the applicant is not appearing and even today applicant is unrepresented. On 08.08.2024, this Court had passed the following order:- "Called again, but the applicant is absent.

List on 22.08.2024.

It is clarified that in case the applicant remains absent on the next date also, this Court shall dismiss the present application for leave to appeal for non-prosecution."

Given above, application is dismissed for non-prosecution. Any other applications, if any, stand disposed of.
