1. The petitioner by way of this petition assails clause 7 and clause 12(5) of the advertisement and submits that the teachers teaching in privately managed government recognized schools would not be provided with the experience benefit.
2. However, this Court finds that for the purpose of teaching experience, the advertisement provides as under:
"7. Experience for socio-economic criteria will be considered only after acquiring the essential qualification and it should be issued by competent authority of the concerned Department/Commission/Board/Corporation etc. of Govt. of Haryana. The details of salary, designation, date of joining, period of service and date of issuing of the certificate of the concerned post should be clearly mentioned in the experience certificate and it must be countersigned by the District Education Officer/ District Elementary Education Officer of the concerned district. Teaching experience must be for the post of TGT in the relevant subject."

3. Clause 12(5) provides for giving the maximum weightage as under: "12(5) If the applicant he/she shall be awarded half percent weightage for each year or part thereof exceeding six months of experience, on the same or a higher post in any Department/ Board/ Corporation/Company/Statutory body/ Commission/ Authority Co-operative Banks etc. under Haryana Government. No Weightage of experience shall he awarded for any period less than six months or for a period exceeding eight years.
(Maximum 4% Weightage)"

From above, it is apparent that the only aspect for obtaining teaching experience is that the experience certificate has to be countersigned by the District Education Officer/District Elementary Education Officer of the concerned district. We do not find any irregularity in such a provision as it is provided for the purpose of assuring that the certificates of experience are genuine. It does not, therefore, in any manner bar the teachers who are teaching in privately managed government recognized schools, who may obtain experience certificates from their relevant schools and get it countersigned from the District Education Officer/District Elementary Education Officer of the concerned district.
5. Keeping in view thereto, the writ petition is found to be wholly misconceived and the same is dismissed accordingly.
