The date of birth of the petitioner is 04.11.1961, thus, in all probabilities he has retired.

There was no representation of the petitioner either on 12.08.2024 or 03.03.2025. The Registry was directed to send notice to him. As per office report, no such person is posted in the given office. Even today, there is no representation of the petitioner. It appears with the efflux of time, petitioner has lost his interest to pursue the matter. 4.
