Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim raised by the petitioner for retrospective regularization of his services has been rejected by the respondents by passing the order dated 14.06.2023, which needs to be challenged, hence, the present petition be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the LRs' of the petitioner to file a fresh petition on same cause of action by challenging the order dated 14.06.2023.
