Learned counsel submits that the candidates lower in merit than the petitioner, have been appointed as per the merit list and as per the information received under Right to Information Act on 06.01.2020, there are posts lying vacant, with regard to which, he will submit a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection.
