Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 19.11.2022 (P-10) passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mansa in case bearing Complaint NACT No. 193/2019 dated 10.06.2019, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 titled as "Balwinder Singh Vs. Bahadur Singh", whereby petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to entertain the present petition, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions submits that petitioner shall surrender before the Court concerned within one week from today, but his regular bail be considered expeditiously. 3.

Ordered accordingly.

In case, petitioner shall surrender within one week and apply for bail, same be considered as per law expeditiously, preferably within one week thereafter.
