H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the applicant states that since respondent No.1 - husband, who was petitioner before the trial Court, has withdrawn the divorce petition in question, the present application seeking transfer of said divorce petition from the Court of District Judge, SAS Nagar, Mohali, to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Ambala, has become infructuous and he be permitted to withdraw the same. Allowed.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
