       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.11 dated 13.01.2022, registered at Police Station Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC. Vide order dated 07.03.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 07.03.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the AMAN JAIN 2022.05.19 18:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
