On 15.03.2023 the following order was passed : "On 08.03.2022 the case was adjourned as the counsel for the appellant was not available. On 05.05.2022 none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Thereafter, on 05.07.2022, despite the matter being called thrice, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. On 21.10.2022 a request for an adjournment was made on behalf of counsel for the appellant on the ground that he was in personal difficulty. Today, again, a request for an adjournment has been made on behalf of arguing counsel for the appellant on the ground that he is in personal difficulty. There does not seem to be any urgency in the matter.
