Learned State counsel refers to para 1 of the preliminary submission of the written statement dated 29.08.2005, wherein it has been stated that during pendency of the present petition, the petitioner was regularised as Pump Operator w.e.f. 01.12.2003, in accordance with the provisions of the aforesaid notification. 3.
