(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of F.I.R No. 285 dated 08.11.2011 u/s 420/467/468/471/406/506/120-B IPC, registered at P.S Sonipat Sadar, Distt. Sonipat. On notice, separate replies have been filed by the State on 16.05.2012, 05.12.2012, 19.04.2013 and today a reply dated 14.01.2015 has also been filed.

Firstly, a cancellation report dated 07.01.2012 was written by the then SHO P.S. Sadar and thereafter, on 27.10.2012, SHO/SI again prepared the cancellation report and submitted the same on 21.11.2012 before JMIC, Sonipat but the investigation was entursted to Balbir Singh, HPS, the then DSP, City Sonipat, who recommended the cancellation GAURAV 2015.01.15 15:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Crl. Misc. No. M-11231 of 2012 (O&M) -2report and again i.e third time, cancellation report was prepared and submitted by the SHO P.S. Sadar Sonipat on 31.07.2013 before the learned Magistrate.

In view of the replies filed by the State, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, as the cancellation report has been submitted third time in the Court and the Court has seized of the matter.
