Learned counsel would contend that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a letter/representation dated 08.03.2021, Annexure P-23, has been submitted by him, which has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 08.03.2021 within 6 months, in accordance with law.
