*** There is no representation on behalf of the applicant. Similar was the position on last date of hearing. On 16.1.2018, counsel representing the applicant had made a statement that applicant had expired and he wanted to implead LRs of the applicant, therefore, case was adjourned to 1.2.2018 to enable counsel for the applicant to move the application but it was not so done and there was no representation on behalf of the applicant on that date. Similar is the position today. No application has been moved by the LRs of the applicant for being brought on record.

Under the circumstances, the application is dismissed for non prosecution.
