Learned State counsel refers to para 4 of the reply, which reads thus:
"Admitted to the extent that the petitioner passed the Matriculation examination in first division and as per guidelines she has been awarded extra 2 marks for her first division. (10 for Metric and 2 for first division). In the present case the petitioner secured only 14 marks on the basis of her qualification and performance shown in the interview and could not be selected being lower in the merit."
