Prayer made in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No. 39 dated 29.03.2018, registered under Sections 325, 323 & 34 IPC at Police Station Arniwala, Police District Fazilka.

As per petition, petitioner had earlier moved an application/representation dated 20.10.2018 (Annexure P2) before respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, but still no action has been taken thereon.

In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka to look into the application/representation dated 20.10.2018 (Annexure P2) and take the required action thereon, if any, as per law.
