**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the respondents not to charge the prepayment penalty as well as not to charge the penal interest beyond the provisions of Section 3 of the Interest Act, 1978. Besides this, certain other prayers have also been made.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that inadvertently certain typographical errors have crept in the writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer was made for withdrawal of writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one on the same cause of action by incorporating better and correct particulars.
