On 19.10.2023 none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant as well as caveator-respondents and the case was adjourned to today and the Registry was directed to inform the counsel for the parties. As per the note of the Registry, both the counsel have been informed, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.
