C.M. No. 15624 of 2015 in CWP No. 3039 of 2002 (O&M) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that since during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner was promoted as Junior Assistant vide order dated 5.12.2008 (Annexure A-2) and has retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 30.04.2014, nothing substantive survives in this petition and the same be dismissed as having become infructuous.
