RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J.(Oral) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court, by way of present writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents authorities to release the State Capital Investment Subsidy sanctioned in favour of the petitioner.

Writ petition was admitted for hearing, vide order dated 30.10.1998 passed by a Division Bench of this Court. That is how, this Court is seized of the matter.

Learned for the parties are ad idem that instead of keeping this writ petition pending any further, let it be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the Director of Seema Sharma 2016.12.19 09:43 I attest the accuracy and authencity of the document

Industries, Haryana-respondent No.2 by moving an appropriate self-contained legal notice within a period of one month from today which shall be considered and decided by the Director of Industries, Haryana-respondent No.2 within reasonable time. In view of the above said common and reasonable stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director of Industries, Haryana-respondent No.2 that if the petitioner approaches him by moving an appropriate representation or a legal notice within a period of one month from today, he shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and if the petitioner is found eligible and entitled for the grant of the benefit of State Capital Investment Subsidy, in terms of the relevant policy of the State, claim of the petitioner shall be decided accordingly, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of representation/ legal notice from the petitioner.
