(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for staying the operation and implementation of order dated 17.12.2024 (Annexure P-2).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his appeal before the Appellate Authority. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
