Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have already been entered into a compromise dated 07.03.2024 and on the basis of the same, another petition bearing CRM-M-15516-2024 has been preferred for quashing of the FIR. In that petition, notice of motion was issued and a direction to record the statements with regard to the compromise before the trial Court has also been issued, which is now fixed for 03.05.2024. Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate of the petitioner, which is taken on record and where the petitioner

Be that as it may, considering the fact that now the matter has been amicably settled between the petitioner and the complainant and the custody period undergone by the petitioner i.e. 05 months and 28 days as of now, is a person of clean antecedents as is evident from the custody certificate, which is suffice to infer for this Court that the conclusion of trial shall take considerable time, this Court is of the view that  (  7(!
