(ORAL) The present criminal revision petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for quashing of the impugned order dated 29.02.2020 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka, in case FIR No.68 dated 16.07.2017 registered under Sections 302, 364, 324, 323, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Sadar Abohar, District Fazilka, whereby the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C for summoning respondents No.2 to 4 as additional accused to face trial has been declined. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.
