The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking directions to respondents to pay her family pension, gratuity, provident fund, leave encashment and other retiral benefits on account of death of her husband.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no contact with his client.

The petitioner is claiming retiral dues and reply filed by respondents discloses that as per respondent, they have already paid all dues to petitioner rather a sum of Rs.1.65 lakhs is outstanding against her. 4.

The petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application, if cause survives. 5.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
