*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J. (ORAL) Petitioners have filed this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty from respondent Nos.4 to 15, who are against the marriage of the petitioners.

On 25.02.2021, learned State counsel sought time to verify the existence of alleged threat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have settled their dispute and he has instructions to withdraw the present petition. The prayer is accepted.
