Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the Civil Court remedy in terms of the verdict rendered by the Full Bench of this Court in case titled as "Parkash Singh and others Versus Joint Development Commissioner, Punjab", reported in 2014(2) RCR (Civil) 721.

In the wake of above, the impugned order is affirmed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn but with liberty supra to the present petitioner to access the jurisdictional competence of the Civil Court.
