Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to official respondents No.1 to 3 to register FIR under appropriate Sections of law and start investigation against the private respondents.

Mr. P.K.S. Phoolka, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No.9 and files Vakalatnama, which is taken on record. 3.

Learned State Counsel on instructions from ASI Kamaljit Singh submits that previously, FIR No.209 dated 12.10.2022 was registered under Sections 376-D, 506 and 120-B IPC against respondents No.4 to 8. However, thereafter, cancellation report was filed on 08.02.2023. As the said cancellation report was not accepted, the same has again been filed on 23.09.2023.

Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent No.9 does not dispute the above said contentions made by learned State Counsel. 6.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State Counsel, no further directions are required to be issued in the matter. Present petition accordingly stands disposed of. However, in case anything survives, the petitioner is granted liberty to revive the same by filing appropriate proceeding in accordance with law, within three months from today, if so advised.
