RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.0027 dated 10.02.2021, under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 120-B IPC (Added later on), registered at Police Station Kosli, District Rewari and all other proceedings emanating therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievances before the trial Court. However, he prays that petitioner is an old lady of 80 years and she is unable to attend Court, thus, she be exempted from personal appearance during trial.

Prayer regarding withdrawal of petition is allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, in case the petitioner files an appropriate application for exemption from personal appearance, the Court concerned would consider the same sympathetically and grant her personal exemption subject to its own satisfaction.
