NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present criminal application is for setting aside judgment and order of conviction dated 25.05.2018 passed by ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtak whereby the accused/respondent No.2 was acquitted of the charges under Section 354-A and 354-D of IPC and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act in case FIR No. 443 dated 04.08.2017 registered under Section 354-A and 354-D of IPC and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak. The present application relates to the year 2018. However, notice has not yet been issued.

Perusal of the order sheets show that the case was adjourned on 10.10.2018 and 22.01.2019 at the request of learned counsel for the applicant. On 26.02.2019, none appeared on behalf of the applicant.
