Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of the FIR No.62 dated 05.06.2020 registered under Sections 419, 420, 464, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Banur, District Patiala alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise deed dated 17.02.2021 (Annexure P-2). Counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh one as there are certain inadvertent errors. Permitted to do so.
