Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the order dated 05.02.2020 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Insurance Ombudsman-respondent No.1, whereby the insurance claim of the petitioner for the theft of his vehicle has been rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present writ petition in order to avail the alternative remedy under Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and prays for withdrawal of the same.

The prayer is accepted.
